Or a walk. Yup, according to ongoing studies and research, taking a walk, going for a run or performing some form of exercise at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes a day, can work off more than a sweat. Physical exercise keeps the mind sharp and makes depression think twice about paying you a visit, or if you are already mildly depressed, you’re bound to feel a lot better.
So go work out a sweat, even if it means being chased by your neighbour's dog, let it be. You might just thank that mutt later.
